When looking online for products, I pretty much just look at the cons in the reviews.
Pros: easy to install, start the screw and nut first before adding to the heat sink. This replaced a fried fan on a video card. Make sure you have clearance first. You can always add a Northbridge fan to it if you require extra cooling.
Cons: Fat fingers and small nuts don't mix.
